CALIFORNIA WORKPLACE VIOLENCE EMPLOYER REQUIREMENT
Part A - The Mandate: A Policy, a Committee, and A Plan
California SB553 requires that virtually all employers in California have by July 1, 2024:
- A comprehensive written workplace violence prevention policy and plan;
- A violent incident log;
- Effective workplace violence training for all employees.
We shoulder the workload of establishing and documenting your workplace violence policy, plan, and protocols to meet all requirements of California SB553.
