About Acacia 4
Nina Delgadillo, owner of Acacia 4 Consulting and retired ATF Senior Special Agent, has extensive experience in law enforcement, school safety, emergency preparedness, and risk mitigation.
Nina founded Acacia 4 Consulting where she is the owner and primary consultant focused on training, readiness, resilience, and empowerment.
Nina also serves as part of the leadership of the Active Shooter Prevention Project, supporting and leading the mission to move from response to PREVENTION.
Nina equips teams and organizations by providing customized training and consultation related to safety, preparedness, security, and risk mitigation.
Nina holds a BA in Administration of Justice.
She is actively involved with community based organizations, volunteers with first responder training initiatives, and is a member of law enforcement and risk management , organizations.
